WHAT IS A DANIELS FAST?
The Daniel Fast is a fasting practice based on the biblical story of Daniel, particularly in the Book of Daniel (Daniel 1:8-14). It involves a period of disciplined eating and spiritual focus. During the fast, we will abstain from certain types of foods and beverages and instead focus on consuming simple, plant-based, and unprocessed foods.
